Instructions for remote participants
Please read attentively if you're attending the colloquium remotely:
Remote participation will be ensured through a Zoom session. Users have to sign in at Zoom with the same email address that they used to register to the Colloquium. You can sign up to Zoom at:
https://zoom.us/signup#/signup
Only Zoom accounts with email addresses corresponding to registered participants can login. Even if you have used Zoom before, you might still need to make a Zoom account. You might want to test your zoom account by sign-in at the address https://zoom.us/signin. The Zoom invitation will be sent per e-mail to all registered remote participants.
If you want to use a Zoom account with a different email address please let us know by 15 May 2024 by sending your alternative email address to ocean.colloquium@uliege.be. Please write to us also if you are unsure which email account you have used to register to the Colloquium.

Please make sure to have set-up a Zoom account and the Zoom client installed in the week before the colloquium starts.
