Oral presentations

On site: the session room is equipped with projector (16:9 aspect ratio), computer (Windows), microphones and laser pointers. It will not be possible to use a personal laptop, please upload your presentation in the conference laptop. Please bring a copy of your presentation on a USB flash drive. We ask all presenters to check the functionality of their presentation well in advance, especially when using media files or uncommon fonts.

Remote: Speakers are requested to test their presentation and microphone during the break before their talk. A person will be available for that in the Zoom session.

Please note: we will not record the oral presentations.

Poster presentations (on-site)

Please put up your poster on Monday already in the dedicated area.

The poster area will be open from Monday to Friday throughout the meeting to give all participants sufficient time beforehand to look at the posters during the breaks.

The main poster session is scheduled on Tuesday in the afternoon but you may be present at your poster at any time.

The poster walls will be numbered with your abstract ID. We will provide materials to fix the posters. Please pick up your poster until Friday afternoon at the latest.

We suggest to print your posters in A0 portrait (118,9cm x 84,1 cm) format.

It is highly encouraged to also upload your poster to the online gallery so that the remote participants have also access to it. Please follow the instructions below (Poster presentations - remote)

Poster presentations (remote)

All posters will be uploaded to our Padlet page (the upload link will be made available in April) as a one-page PDF (no PPT or other format allowed). The size of this file should not exceed 2MB. The PDF should clearly indicate the title and authors. The Padlet will allow for comments to be posted, which will enhance discussion between participants. Please upload your poster before 19 May. We will send you a link by mail.

Please make sure to also read the instructions for remote participants page.
